Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse introduces 2019 Easter collection

Ducasse Paris’ signature chocolate brand, Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse, created and manufactured in Paris, is delighted to introduce its 2019 Easter collection, which sees the Easter bunny take centre stage alongside the brand’s signature artisanal chocolate treats. These will all be available for purchase from 21st March 2019 at Le Chocolat’s first UK store at Coal Drops Yard in King’s Cross, and also available online.

Designed by Pierre Tachon, the respected Artistic Director of Ducasse Paris, the 2019 Easter collection for Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse pays homage to the springtime celebration with a selection of thoughtfully sourced and meticulously crafted chocolates. Presented as original creations, they are offered in a choice of either dark or milk chocolate.

The highlight of the 2019 collection is The Easter Bunny, whose geometric shape reflects the signature design of Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse and reveals inside it a cascade of small almond praliné eggs.

Alongside the new bunny creations, Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse is also offering its signature Easter chocolates that reflect the team’s dedication to careful craftsmanship. The Easter Hen, a stylised silhouette that beautifully combines tradition with modernity, reveals inside it small eggs made of almond praliné. The Sweet Egg Box comes packaged flat with white gloves, ready to be opened and assembled with loved ones who can enjoy the small fish and shellfish chocolates hidden inside.

The 2019 Easter collection complements the assortment of single-origin and flavoured ganaches, pralinés “à l’ancienne”, chocolate bars and more on offer at Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse all year round. Sourced from more than 15 origins – such as Peru, Sao Tomé, Madagascar, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Vietnam – Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse’s chocolatiers work together to fine-tune chocolates to best express their origins and character, rediscovering the precise and laborious process required for making chocolate with expertise and ingenuity.
