Supermarket Aldi has introduced a supersized Christmas range. Headlining the new line will be Aldi’s footlong, colossal Pigs in Blankets, which use fresh British pork and come wrapped in smoked streaky bacon. For the cheese lovers out there, a Specially Selected Large Baking Camembert can be combined with a choice of dips (Winter Berries & Sloe Gin or Chorizo) depending on your palette.
A share-size Mince Pie will also be on offer, as this hand-finished festive family pie can feed up to six! The pie is made with premium Morello cherry mince, and encased in a rich all-butter pastry and topped with golden Morello and red glace cherries.
Rounding up the new larger sized festive range is the Giotti Prosecco DOCG Methuselah. Aldi’s first ever Methuselah-sized bottle of prosecco: A delicate wine with a refreshing acidity and soft sherbet taste, this bottle holds the equivalent of eight 75cl bottles of everyone’s favourite bubbly.
